CAST IRON COOKWARE There is a Lodge store in Sevierville, Tennessee just north of Pigeon Forge and it is a must that we stop there anytime we are vacationing in the Smokey Mountains. I love frying, baking and grilling with cast iron cookware. Before we head-out l always look online at the Lodge website and scour through their items to decide which ones I am going to purchase on our trip. To be honest, I seldom stick to the plan and almost always end up buying more than l had intended. Not long before our last trip, I had noticed how my collection of cast iron cookware had been steadily growing and I had decided I needed to find a way to organize. So, when I saw this cast iron pot-rack I knew I had to have it. I immediately thought I could set it on the hearth by our wood stove and it would be a rustic way to display my collection. I was so excited when we got home and put it together and arranged some of my cast iron cookware on it. I absolutely loved how it looked and how much additional space it freed up in my cabinets. wanted to share these photos with you in case you too are searching for a way to organize and show off your own cast iron cookware collection.
