KITCHEN CABINET REFINISH PROJECT

If your cabinets are looking dull and in desperate need of refinishing, there is an easier solution than striping them down to the bare bones and starting from scratch. There is a product called One Step. It is a stain and varnish all in one easy step. I used honey oak color to refinish my kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

It goes on like water, very thin and splatters and streaks really easy. Use a very small natural bristle brush, no bigger than one inch wide and dip your brush in about a half an inch. Use small strokes and paint a thin coat on all surfaces. Go back several times and make sure no drips or runs have popped up and smooth them out if necessary.

The stain in the formula will cover any scratches and give the finish an even looking coat of color. The varnish will add a pop of shine and seal the cabinets to protect the finish from daily wear and tear.

I have used One Step several times through the years on cabinets, baseboards, doors and window seals and have never been disappointed with how the project turned out.

I did all my kitchen cabinets in under two hours and they look like new and have a fresh updated glow. I am very excited how my kitchen cabinet refinish project turned out.

 Well worth the work!

In this photo the cabinets above the exhaust fan have been coated with One Step. You can see how shiny and newer they look than the side cabinets which have not been coated yet. It is so easy to apply and makes such a difference in how they look.
