LOW CARB CRISPY PIZZA
If you love pizza and are watching your carbs you will love these easy, cheesy crispy pizzas. I buy low carb tortillas and rub both sides with olive oil. The oil on the bottom makes the bottom of your pizza firm and crispy. The oil on the top side prevents the sauce from soaking into the tortilla and making it soggy. I load ours down with onions, peppers, mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni, olives and lots of cheese. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes. Note – I have tried them on aluminum and cast iron and although both work great, the crispier crust was always achieved on the cast iron.
These low carb pizzas are so quick and easy to make and are great for a snack, an appetizer or served with a salad as a meal.
