WHISKEY BARREL DRESSED FOR CHRISTMAS

For years we have had this old whiskey barrel on the porch beside our front door and I wanted to do something special with it this year for the holidays.  

I took a plain wreath made out of fake greenery I bought at Wal Mart for $6.95. I also bought three green sprigs with holly, bells and pines cones for 99 cents each. Then I made a red velvet bow from some left over ribbon from last Christmas. I placed a jug on top of the barrel and put the decorated wreath around the base.

I have ten dollars in the project and love how it turned out.  I hope your next project excites you as much as this whiskey barrel dressed for Christmas did me!
